Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@mrithyacreations.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Product care
Please handle your pieces with care. Polymer clay is durable but should not be bent or exposed to pressure.
Damage from misuse or normal wear is not eligible for replacement or refund.
